A.P.E.X Invest S.A. (Alliance Projects Evolution X Invest) respects your privacy. This policy is drafted in compliance with Burkina Faso Law No. 001-2021/AN of 30 March 2021 on personal data protection and explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Legal framework and supervisory authority
The processing of personal data is governed by Law No. 001-2021/AN of 30 March 2021, which repealed and replaced Law No. 010-2004/AN. The competent supervisory authority is the CIL (Commission de l'Informatique et des Libertes), with which you may lodge a complaint: www.cil.bf.
Data we collect
We collect information provided through the contact form: first name, last name, email, message and, if supplied, phone and company. The form also transmits the date, referring page and technical browser information. The hosting infrastructure processes IP addresses and logs to provide and secure the website. Vercel Analytics is enabled only with your consent to statistics. The contact map requests images from OpenStreetMap, communicating the IP address and technical request information to the provider.
Purposes and legal basis
Contact form data is processed exclusively to respond to your request. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 13 of Law No. 001-2021/AN). Technical logs are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in site security. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
The website uses technical cookies for language, PIN access and privacy preferences, as well as session storage to unlock gold data. Each tool’s duration and purpose are described in the Cookie Policy. Technical tools do not depend on consent to statistics. You can manage statistics through Cookie preferences in the footers.
Vercel Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and pages viewed and is loaded only after your consent to statistics. According to Vercel, results are aggregated and the service does not use third-party cookies; it distinguishes visits through a request hash, with the session discarded after 24 hours. This period does not represent the retention of aggregate statistics. The website removes query parameters and fragments from page URLs sent to the service. You can withdraw consent at any time: withdrawal stops subsequent transmissions and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
International data transfer
The website uses Vercel Inc. for hosting and, when authorized, statistics. Its infrastructure may process data outside Burkina Faso, including in the United States. The map uses OpenStreetMap servers. Transfers and relationships with providers must comply with applicable law and required safeguards, including processing agreements and, where necessary, standard contractual clauses. Data retention
Contact form data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 12 months. Technical access logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256) guaranteed by Vercel, and data access limited under the principle of least privilege.
Your rights
Under Law No. 001-2021/AN you have the right of access, rectification, deletion and objection to processing, including processing for marketing purposes and automated decisions. To exercise these rights write to info@apexinvestbf.com; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CIL (www.cil.bf).
