A.P.E.X Invest S.A. (Alliance Projects Evolution X Invest) respects your privacy. This policy is drafted in compliance with Burkina Faso Law No. 001-2021/AN of 30 March 2021 on personal data protection and explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Legal framework and supervisory authority
The processing of personal data is governed by Law No. 001-2021/AN of 30 March 2021, which repealed and replaced Law No. 010-2004/AN. The competent supervisory authority is the CIL (Commission de l'Informatique et des Libertes), with which you may lodge a complaint: www.cil.bf.
Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address and message. In addition, for technical and security purposes, the hosting infrastructure automatically records the IP address and navigation logs.
Purposes and legal basis
Contact form data is processed exclusively to respond to your request. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 13 of Law No. 001-2021/AN). Technical logs are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in site security. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
We use a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference. We do not use profiling or tracking cookies, which therefore do not require your consent.
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to measure site performance. Vercel does not collect personally identifiable data: the data is aggregated and anonymous.
International data transfer
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA), acting as data processor. Vercel's infrastructure is globally distributed (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and the default servers are located in the United States. Your data may therefore be processed outside Burkina Faso. The transfer is carried out in compliance with Law No. 001-2021/AN, on the basis of a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed with Vercel (vercel.com/legal/dpa), the Standard Contractual Clauses and Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Data retention
Contact form data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 12 months. Technical access logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256) guaranteed by Vercel, and data access limited under the principle of least privilege.
Your rights
Under Law No. 001-2021/AN you have the right of access, rectification, deletion and objection to processing, including processing for marketing purposes and automated decisions. To exercise these rights write to info@apexinvestbf.com; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CIL (www.cil.bf).
